SUSHI IN THE GARDEN
Within the sawtooth-skylight lit garden space off the main living room of the Ace Hotel in Brooklyn, an intimate 14-seat omakase sushi bar awaits – Sushi Koju.
Set against the backdrop of the cedar paneling and concrete conduit screens, a new concrete, stone and wood bar anchors the space.
The gravity of the new bar is counterbalanced by the bamboo matchstick panels above and surrounding.
